With our High-Throughput Direct Evolution Platform for Discovery and Optimization of Novel Editors (HEPDONE™), we have developed proprietary genome editing toolkits and multiple editing strategies, Our main focus has been on Base Editor that can insert, delete and replace DNA in highly precise manner ( to only edit intended DNA targets and avoid off-target editing) without causing a double-stranded break. Additionally, our guide RNA sequences can be designed to specifically target desired DNA or RNA sequences, reducing the risk of unintended changes to other genes and minimizing off-target effects.
